"Great service!" This was my first tuneup for my X3. After pulling in to the service department, I was greeted right away. Everyone seemed professional and eager to help me get my car started for servicing. Nathan was my point man and clearly explained needed for the servicing. He got my car tuned up, washed and even got a free safety check! I’ll definitely continue to work with BMW of Honolulu.
"BMW of Honolulu Service " The best service as always . Always quick, always courteous, always friendly. In sales, Terrence is an all-star. In service, Rick is an all-star. Would not hesitate to recommend both of them.
"Service " Nathan was a pleasure to work with. I was promptly greeted and my loaner vehicle was available with no issues. He followed up with phone call once my service was complete.
"Good Experience " The service was good, and they completed the car on time as promised. The service advisor KIT also went ahead and made me another follow up appointment without me having to ask.
"Service and normal maintenance " Scheduled my appointment online. Very simple process and showed up on that day a little early. My service advisor Yvette Simoes immediately checked me in with no wait. She inspected the car and noticed that an interior door panel that was slightly misaligned. That was something that I didn’t notice for the couple of years that I owned the car. Probably still wouldn’t have noticed if she didn’t bring it to my attention. "Superior Service " The level of customer service is great. You will not leave dissatisfied. I’m particular pleased with their shuttle option and depending on the situation will provide you with a loaner vehicle to limit any inconvenience you may have while your vehicle is being serviced. I had particularly great experience with an employee by the name of Nathan, always communicated , pleasant and made sure he did all he could to make you comfortable.
"Great sales experience!" Jeremy Pang is one of the best sales advisors I have ever dealt with in purchasing my BMW. He came highly recommended by the service department staff. He took the time with me to thoroughly explain my options, driver assistance packages, and showed me all the operational aspects of my car. I highly recommend him to customers seeking a pressure free sales experience.
"Best customer service " Scott Inskeep spent over an hour teaching us about all the features of our new BMW. He was fantastic; having a thorough knowledge of every feature and showing us how to use them. He let us know we could call him anytime in the future if we need any help with anything. Great person.
