"Honolulu BMW" Dan Mau is the best. He has helped me over the years to put me in the best BMW’s for my style. Dan is top notch!
"Break in service" Overall a good experience versus MB. Only area of improvement could be when you are picking up your vehicle. There should be a technical review of what was done and findings. In addition, the seat position should be returned to how it was when brought in.

"Great car buying experience" The best car buying experience I have had so far. My wife and I spent a day and a half test driving various vehicles on the lot and when we finally decided on a car we negotiated a fair price in less than an hour. Very low pressure and comfortable environment.

"Excellent service" This is my 5th car I believe with BMW! My only complaint it financial services! It’s a goat rope when insurance gets involved! There is no reason at all for a month to process return of money. Insurance paid over the amount needed and BMW hangs on to the money! No problem cashing the check! I was also never informed the cause of the problem with the last accident! Breaks did not hold! Car was shipped to Germany but no one contacted me about cause! Was it the breaks? "Great service!" Nate did a great job in keeping me informed about the status of my car. Also reminded me of 6 month pit stop and helped with making the appointment. Great service! Thank you!
"Door lock repair" My service writer Jonah was professional and explained the problem with the door locks and how it was fixed. I am confident that the repair was done correctly. He also helped my wife with using the trunk opening feature which we didn’t know existed.
"1200 Mile Service" Excellent service from Adviser Johna Ching and Transportation Coordinator Dayven Minatoya. Both employees went out of their way to help me with my first service. Thank them again for a great experience.
