I just bought a used 2010 BMW 528i and the overall sales process was very smooth and pleasant. I recently purchased a 2016X5 and Absolutely Love It!! Carmine and the whole BMW Bridgewater staff from the manager, finance team, Sevice team, Front desk staff were exceptional! They helped to make my decision to purchase effortless! They were extremely patient with me and made me feel valuable! The whole process was extremely efficient and seamless! They really took the time to explain and give me an extensive tutorial of my car! I have been to several BMW dealerships in the area and hands down.. This one is he BEST!
Carmine was helpful & knowledgeable & understood my needs & goals. The car was detailed & perfect on delivery & a detailed description of its systems given before we drove off.
