I leased a BMW 428i xDrive convertible and had an amazing experience. Mike is an excellent sales rep. He's very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable about the cars and their features. His passion and excitement about the car made me even more excited. I called at least 10 dealerships and BMW of Bridgewater had the most number of cars in their inventory and at very attractive price points. The overall experience was great and I would strongly recommend this dealership and of course Mike Watson!
There is a perception that females are easily taken advantage of when purchasing a car. I can sincerely say that this was not the situation when I purchased my vehicle at BMW of Bridgewater. I shopped around at received the best price the first time I visited this dealership. Before picking up the car, I was called to ensure that I had the all the requirements. Warranties were clearly explained so that an information decision could be made. After purchase, the functionality of the car was patiently explained in detail.
Sales representatives was very helpful and very knowledgable. They value the time of their customer and made every effort to keep us happy. Keep up the good work !!!
It has been one of the most positive car buying experiences I have had to date. Frank was very helpful and patient from the beginning and called during and after the purchase to make sure the car was to my satisfaction. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Upon receipt of the car Martin was very helpful and answered all my questions with very clear and to the point answers which I appreciated as it showed he respected the client's time. Great experience overall and have recommended to my friends.
