My only negative with this dealer in the past was when I called for service-- NO LONGER THE CASE! I now speak w/ Fred who is now in service scheduling-- WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE!!!!! He is professional & efficient-- I will ask only for him from now on & am so thankful Bridgewater BMW now has the whole package for an excellent customer service experience!!!

I purchased a BMW 435i xDrive M Sport 2015 this past weekend. I spent 5+ hours going back and forth with the Open Road BMW on Route 1 (Worst dealer experience I have ever had) meanwhile they got nowhere and seemed like they were just playing games with me between the dealer and the manager. The sales person Justin O'Connor knew all about the vehicle and was straightforward to deal with. He also took the time to review the features of the car with me.
