I was sure I wanted a BMW which of course puts you in a position. I'm also not a great haggler. Bridgewater BMW gave me a great price on the exact car I wanted. It was a special order. They went out of their way to get the car in quickly and to ensure my service experience was nothing but excellent. I live in North Jersey and I would send anyone an hour south to this dealership. I am very pleased with the overall experience of leasing a CPO Elite BMW. I had very high expectations from this dealership; they did not surpass my expectations, but came very close and they were much better compare to previous dealership I dealt with. I'm very pleased with my experience at BMW of Bridgewater. Mike Watson and the team made the experience about as pleasant as it can be. The process was fair and relatively quick - there wasn't a long dance to get to the price, and there were no games. The team was easy to deal with - in fact, I was pleasantly surprised with how easy they made the process. Found the vehicle we wanted on the website and after a substantial drive to Bridgewater, found our way to the dealership. Justin was very proactive in keeping me informed of appointments, having all the information ready and prepared for the said vehicle and easy to work with.
