BMW of Bridgewater is a friendly and trustworthy dealership. During the new year's eve holiday the service department took care of my 2009 X5, in particular Debra Shafer. Then Dave Wagoner and Ozzy Mamoor assisted me in purchasing a 335. The treatment I received have made me a loyal customer for life!

I recently brought my BMW in for an oil change and a tire replacement. Chad Renninger was the service consultant, and I have had the pleasure of working with him several times. Chad is always friendly, professional and quick to follow up and give updates. He always makes it a pleasant, easy experience. A loaner car was provided for me, as the car needed about 2 days of work, as they also found some oil leaks that needed repairing. Our experience with BMW of Bridgewater began years ago with service on my M Roadster, then the purchase of our 330, service on the 330 and 540, and now the purchase of a new 228. The relationship has spanned at least 12 years and we've been very satisfied.

Mike Watson, Jen Silva and Martin Hernandez did an amazing job on the purchase and delivery of a new BMW X5. I needed to secure this vehicle for an executive with our company. My experience with BMW of bridge water was just excellent .Mike Watson (sales exc.) is tremendous person and was really cooperative and supportive throughout my deal for new 328i D X drive . I was in the market for a CPO BMW. I was going back and forth between a few models. Frank Fratzola was just going along with what I was looking for. He was not high pressure or trying to push to the kore expensive model. I decided on a 2011 535Gt but the very next day I saw a 2014 328Gt that was more equipped and nicer. I visited 5 dealerships including Mercedes-Benz and Audi while searching for a new vehicle and ultimately decided on BMW of Bridgewater due to outstanding customer service.
