Great dealership. Always pleasant to go visit whether for service or sales. Knowledgable people abound eager to cater to your needs. I used to go all the way to their Lebanon location (too far). Happy that they moved closer when they did. Have recommended this dealership to neighbors and friends. Will continue to do so. Keep it up, guys and gals! Jay PS Rated price as only good but I guess you pay extra for the BMW panache.

I am a recent college graduate (of 1 month) and the experience and fortunate find that I had at this Bridgewater dealership mainly navigated by Mike Watson is life changing. Once I narrowed my car model option down to 2, I built my desired car online and sent it out for quotes from several dealerships. We did extensive shopping for a diesel AWD sedan. The Bridgewater BMW dealership is easily accessible and the staff are friendly without the attitude that one often finds in luxury car dealerships. We visited Bridgewater and several other dealers and went home to do our comparisons. A month later we returned to this dealer, and Bill was able to help us finalize the deal as if we never left on our first visit. Mike Watson help me when other BMW dealership's salespeople were only interested in walk in customers he has won me over as a customer and I am almost fifty miles away and this was my twelfth BMW car but my best experience.

Great dealership and great experience. Mike Watson was very nice, friendly and professional. He was willing to take time with me to make sure I select the right packages. He worked out a very good deal for me. The sales manager Peter was also friendly. Both Mike and Peter put extra efforts to make sure I was satisfied. In particular they made special arrangement to do the paperwork to fit my schedule. Thank you again for such a great experience!! I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

I did a web based inquiry and was contacted pretty much immediately. The sales rep, Rob Hoffman went the extra mile to find a suitable 2014 BMW 535xi and gave me an incredible deal.
