Chad Renningern was great! Helped us out with our service with exceptional friendliness and made our experience at this dealership much better. The previous times we had problems with the service staff but chad helped restore faith in the service at BMW bridgewater. great guy who seems to care about great customer service.
Tony was an excellent salesman, knowlegeable, friendly, not pushy at all and very accomodating. I would recommend this dealership and Tony to anyone. Easiest car purchase I have ever done.
Overall great experience...I would definitely recommend them! No pressure or rushing from the staff at all (unlike other dealerships). Anthony was a fantastic reopresentative of BMW. I am a first time BMW leaser/owner and he could not have been more gracious and helpful from first to last. His manager and every one else at the dealership also made the experience easy and informative. Both Debra and Carol were extremely pleasant and helpful in handling my service needs. Carol did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the service process.
The client advisor provided very friendly service and went out of his way to accommodate my needs. He worked hard with management to make the de work and to provide me with guidance.
Tony Braich was excellent to work with. Both my husband and I initiated contact via email prior to us purchasing our car and Tony was very thorough-returning our calls and responding to our inquiries. He was clear, straightforward and nice to work with. Also great was that he explained and showed us all the great features in our new car, which helped us get a real feel for it, before driving it home.
The dealership was friendly and helpful, answering all questions and making this a nice process. Scott was always ready to answr questions, and Stan made the financing process very easy.
Justin was incredibly helpful and accommodating as I was in a rush to purchase a car. For my first car purchase, it was a great experience and I would be happy to work with Justin again.
