Manjula Biju, the sales consultant, was extremely helpful and courteous. She made the X5 purchasing process extremely smooth and worry free. She was always available for any questions or concerns and worked with me to customize the BMW and get a good deal!! I highly recommend her expertise for any future purchases.

We had a very helpful sales person, Manjula, help us through the process. We loved the selection of used X5s and found exactly what we needed. What's more, they fixed every little problem - even had a body shop remove some dings on the rear bumper - till it looked practically new. The manager was no nonsense and very straightforward through the whole process. And did I mention the price was among the best we found anywhere. I was extremely satisfied with all the employees that I had contact with at this BMW Bridgewater dealership. They were all very courteous and very wilingl to explain in detail and questions I had. Each person I spoke with concerning my purchase gave me their card and told me not to hesitate to call them if I had any questions.

John, my Sales Professinal was wonderful. I felt no pressure & he was very kind. The car is beautiful Danielle, the BMW Genius, who performed the delivery run down of the vehicle was amazing - even gave me her cell to call or text with any further questions, which I did need to use & she replied back asap. My dealings were with Justin O'Conner as my Sales Advisor. He was very professional and courteous the entire transaction. I told him what I wanted in the car and what color, and he made it happen. I am very pleased with him, and the entire team. I will return for additional vehicles in the future. I will also recommend more friends and family yo them. I leased 535i x drive and I love the car.

I found my vehicle online through BMW.Com and found a very nice vehicle that had a attractive price for the year and mileage on it. I called and spoke with Manjula Biju, Maniula was very attentive and professional. Manjula answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had and stayed in contact with me throughout my decision process!
