She is very professional, knowledgeable and generally a pleasure to deal with. She cares about not only her dealership but the customer as well. I have delt with Ms. Schafer for three years and have alway received wonderful service.

This was the best car shopping experience we have ever had. Bill was honest, straightforward, patient and personable. John, our Genius, was able to help bring the comforts and conveniences of our new vehicle to life for us. He too, was patient and so informative. My wife and I found a BMW online, made a call and left a deposit with Justin since we could not get to the dealer right away. Keep in mind we drove 2 hours to get to Bridgewater BMW.
