Good service and customer care. The service was professional and speedy. The sales agent, finance guys and sales manager were all friendly and cordial. Would recommend the place to others.
Met with Bill at Sales - His passion towards BMW helps take a decision if you are considering other Make cars, very comfortable to negotiate, received lot of respect. Made factory order which gotten right and enjoying the drive now. No pressure on selling / buying made the whole purchase elegant. Finance and support all were nice towards helping take delivery, picking me up from train station and so on. Overall experience was good and perfect I would say - just the way car purchase should be.
We found Justin to be an extremely approachable and knowledgeable salesperson (and funny!) who was able to locate and deliver our new BMW X5 within a very short time frame! Would highly recommend! Dave, in Finance, was charming and completed all of our paperwork quickly! John explained all the features of our new BMW with exceptional clarity! It's not always that you find a dealership that treats you like family. Unlike many of the BMW dealerships I 'shopped' at , the team at Bridgewater has been courteous, understanding , non-pushy and above all willing to listen what the customer actually wants - not what the dealership wants to sell.
