When I was looking for a CPO BMW I spoke with numerous dealerships and did lots of research. I found this dealership's price point to be the best. More importantly, The agent, Manjula, respectfully spoke to me and genuinely cared that I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted without all the chatter that can accompany a car purchase. Both service personal that we worked with were fantastic. They answered all questions but did not pressurize us. We identified the vehicle we liked and worked with the team to agree on a deal. Overall excellent experience.

I Spoke to a sales guy called Martin and said that I will try to inform him in the evening before I arrive. Unfortunately he is not reachable and I went directly to the BMW showroom. so a Manager welcomed and introduced me to Frank as Martin has left for the day. The moment we walked into te dealership we were greeted by a very friendly staff, we were even offered a warm beverage without even purchasing a vehicle tbthe moment. Once we decided on the car we would like to purchase our salesman was very helpful and showed us all the cool things that came with it. Overall this is our first BMW and the whole experience from beginning to end was excellent.
I met with Bill C a few months ago just to get a feel for the cars, prices, etc. When I was ready to buy I returned to him even though he was with another customer. He was worth the wait. Would use him next time as well.
Debra is always awesome and helpful when bringing in my car for service or tire replacements. Always provides shuttle service or a loaner car. Very helpful as I have a busy work schedule. Kudos, Debra! Thank you!
