Moved up north from Florida so negotiated the entire car deal over the phone. When we picked up the car from the dealership everything was ready and everyone at the dealership was very helpful. They turned a sometimes very long and complicated process into a very simple and easy one.
Really great service, a couple minor thoughts, additional costs associated with tire replacement, not really informed of this until very late in the sales process, would have liked to know a little earlier in process. Real picky, but I had to pay a dollar for the connected really, wow! Otherwise, awesome!
My experience was easy and to the point. Although Justin was not feeling well, Anthony taking over was great. Ozzy was informative in the finance department, giving me peace of mind with the purchase of the tire package. Ariana was great teaching me all about the technology of the car, very informative, we enjoyed watching the storm that hit.
Tajh was incredibly friendly and helpful in getting me the best deal out of the nine dealerships I canvassed. Although I apparently did not qualify for a loyalty rebate, the dealership honored its price commitment nonetheless. And when my bank inadvertently misnamed the dealership on the down payment check, Ozzy was very patient while I sought its replacement.

With every customer touch you feel as if everyone truly cares about your experience and wants to help you. The team will always do hats needed to take care of you whether that be staying open 2 hours past closing or working numbers (for purchases) until the cows come home.
