From the time I entered the dealership, every staffer was extremely polite, attentive and honest. My Sale Rep. Martin Hernandez, was upfront throughout the negotiations process, was NEVER unpleasantly aggressive, which made it an exceptional experience. The other staffers that I encountered, Sales Mgr.
