The entire experience was fantastic. From building my M4 to picking it up, everything was top class. Carmine is a smart kid that knows how to make his clients feel accommodated.
Everything was to the point; clear and concise. There was some delay on vehicle pick-up, but not significant. Tires did have 43 psi all around, which I thought was excessive. All else good.
Since BMW's go a long way to selling themselves, you want a dealer that dispenses with all the hard sell tactics that define most car dealers (not just used car dealers). You want a dealer that provides great service, is responsive, is reasonable in their pricing and negotiating and most of all - is informative and passionate and wants to pass these two virtues on to their clients. I had a great experience when I purchased my new BMW. Martin understood what I was looking for an took a lot of time to help me find the exact car. He didn't get frustrated as I went back and forth between different models. I didn't fell pressured to make a decision or choose a car that wasn't exactly what I wanted. I signed my paperwork with Ozzy, who was very helpful in giving me some great tips in general on leasing a car. Thank you to everyone that helped make this a great experience!
You can buy a BMW X1 at any BMW dealership. But the challenge is having a level of comfort with the sales people, sales manager and finance manager. This is where BMW of Bridgewater did a great job. They gave me a great price and followed through on everything they promised. I will be back to buy again, perhaps in the next 30 days when my ML350 comes off lease. I am considering an X5 and this dealership has a great opportunity to convert me from a Mercedes customer to a BMW custom.
The service here was perfect. I was treated with such respect and the transition on getting my lease went so smooth! Everyone was professional and friendly and I would go back again to lease another BMW!!
