I went to about 5 different BMW dealers and I found Bridgewater to be my favorite. From the price to the customer service I believe this one beats all. They are personal, not pushy, and they understand me as an individual and not just as a client. They were very honest and straight forward with a very friendly attitude. I recently leased a 428 gran coupe from BMW of Bridgewater with the help of Martin in the internet sales, and it was one of the best car dealer experience that I ever had. BMW of Bridgewater was one of three dealers in the area I was in negotiation with, but other two dealers failed to deliver a car that I was looking for. The sales representative (Mike Watson) was the deciding factor in our decision. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. Mike Shamy also very good. People are the most important asset of a business. If they are not good at what they do you go somewhere else.
