Visit to Mercedes-Benz of Kingsport for service. It's always a pleasure to deal with Mercedes-Benz of Kingsport. Service Manager Greg Durham was very kind in discussing my concerns about the age of my 2001 SL500, and he offered to perform a complimentary safety check while they were servicing the car. During this visit, I particularly enjoyed the new line-up in the showroom explained to me by Bill Woods.
