"Good Mechanic" Thompson mechanic Nick Ebert is excellent, an asset to your company. He can articulate the problem and solution and carry it through to the end with assuredness and respect for the customer. He’s young, yet experienced mechanically as well as with costumer relations. The courtesy car made the experience easy. The repair was costly, but the care made it bearable.
