"Ultimate Professionals" Zack in the detail shop treats my cars as if they are his own. The attention to detail in cleaning and painting the cars is the best I have ever seen. I thought I was the best but I have found someone better. Gwen is the most perfect customer manager. Some repairs are expensive but she always works with the client to develop a plan. "Don’t take your car for service " This is the second time I’ve taken my car to Thompson for inspection and twice it came back with leaks the first time I found a pick in my car now it’s leaking again. All of a sudden, I left it on Sunday afternoon and Monday leaks really if your car doesn’t have any repairs they will make some

Okay, my car scheduled a routine oil change for the end of next month at this dealer and I realized inspection was due this month so I called to move the appointment. They not only got me in for the very next day, they ensured that I was provided a BMW loaner last minute. This to some might be expected but as many customers as they have, they did not have to do this! This was a return visit to Thompson BMW, having been a customer for over 11 years. Service has always been dependable, courteous, and prompt. In the market for a new car, I did my research and test drove other brands but came back to Thompson for a new BMW 330 Xi without hesitation. The client representative went out of his way to find the exact car that I requested.

I leased my x3 new and loved it so much and the service at Thompson that we bought the car when the lease was up. When your car needs service the provide a loaner car and they can valet the car to your home (or work, etc.) and bring back your car when finished. We got the extended warranty that covers just about everything Gwen and Andi in service are exceptional and kind. I love them. Rate Thompson a 10 out of a 10. Being a out of state buyer can sometimes be a little nerve racking. I was searching in 5 states for a particuliar color combination with specfic options. The only place I was able to find exactly what I was looking for was at Thompson BMW. Any reservations I may have had at first were quickly diminished to nothing.
