"Service and wash😄" Concerns were attended to immediately without an appointment and complimentary wash is always appreciated! Staff were courteous even tho there is way too much paperwork involved in the tiniest sale or service!

"Exceptional customer service" The service department at Thompson has gone above and beyond for me after my car had an issue while I was in NC. The car could not be driven back to Bucks County so they have assisted me in ways I couldn’t have imagined!! "Routine service " We had new seatbelts ordered and installed in our 228xi. We really love the convenience of the valet car pickup service and any problem is always taken care of properly and promptly.

"Prompt, thorough, convenient" My 2011 BMW X3 had to be towed to Doylestown from Pennington, NJ. The repair was undertaken promptly despite late Monday afternoon delivery. John MacDonald coordinated the work and reassured us that the emission system repair was still under warranty. That was huge! Our friendly valet return driver managed to beat a storm system to get the car back early Thursday, the quickest turnaround possible given the repair. Thanks to all for keeping me up and running!!
