"Great experience " . . . Your establishment is fabulous! The drivers who brought me the loaner and came to get it were so courteous! The recall repair is all good. And - I can't say enough good things about Nicole! She is the most pleasant person! She makes me feel like I was/am her only customer. "Purchase and Delivery of 2019 X3" Our salesman was very professional and demonstrated product knowledge. The delivery was well planned and all Thompson employees were prepared to handle the transaction efficiently. We also appreciated time spent by a technician with us as there are a lot of details to operating the vehicle.

"Long time customer " Service delayed days for parts. Car delivered with tree sap and acorns on convertible roof and trunk, not appropriate and certainly unsightly would appreciate car washed

"Great service from the performance team" Matt and Laura did a great job helping me evaluate wheel/tire and suspension options for my X5. They were very knowledgeable about the options available and explained all of the pros and cons of each option. I’m very satisfied with service at Thompson and would recommend them.
