"Great service experience" Service appointment was easy with date/time appropriate and with a car loaner. Easy check-in at the day of the service. Car was ready the same day, with all work done as promised. Super good people. The service advisor (Teresa M.) highly recommended.

"Friendly, knowledgable, accommodating" With three hours notice, Dan Drinkwater scheduled me for an oil change/service. I have never worked with a dealership that is more professional. They know their product, they excel at customer service and they help in any way they can. They are not the closest BMW dealer to me, but the drive for the drive is worth it.
"Good prompt service" Service was good. I did make appt with one service person and last minute service person was changed. Notice of change would’ve been appreciated.
