"Great experience " I recently purchased a car and my salesman, Paul was most accommodating. He and his manager, Ian treated me with kindness and fairness. "Acomidating " Scott was well informed of my vehicles issues and properly made all the decisions to correct them,being that I had several visits he made all attempts to make it right .
" Display panel not working" Dan was very patient in trying to troubleshoot the problem. Initially it was the key fob not working progressing to the battery needing a charge to a software problem. There wasn't a loaner available but Dan arranged for a rental from Hertz.
We negotiated our price remotely with Francisco who was very energetic and efficient. Manny showed us the vehicle and provided his honest professional opinion. Manny is very easy to work with and extremely customer friendly. He tried to make the purchase experience as seamless and easy as possible. We enjoyed our purchase experience and would recommend Manny and Franciso to new buyers.
I’ve been a BMW owner since 2014. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dan Drinkwater as my service professional for the majority of the time and I can honestly say, he has made my experience with BMW so much greater than I could possibly imagine. If you have the opportunity to request a service professional, Dan’s the guy.
Gabriel made coming in for service an ease. Guided me through the whole process and made sure a loaner was available for me when I arrived with no wait. Will most certain recommend him to friends and colleagues.
