New Car Purchase This is my second BMW purchased in 2018. Sergio Garcia was excellent through out the entire process. He actually ordered this car for me and it arrived when i was overseas and he facilitated my purchase and held the car until i returned. New X3 lease Best thing was our assigned salesperson, Mr Ezequiel Trejo. He was extremely cooperative, hard working, friendly, thruthful and ready to work the extra detail to have us happy and comfortable. His attitude was the best experience we had during the acquisition of our last BMW vehicle. The con was the lengthy process to formalize the purchase (or lease, in our case) of our car. More than 3 hours at the dealer made the process long, tedious and not willing to experience it shortly.
