Great Service department, poor rental car dept. The service department is great and received professional service with respect to the service personnel and the quality of work performed. However, it took 50 minutes for me to get a loaner vehicle and the people working in the rental car department were not friendly and courteous. There definitely needs to be a lot of improvement in the loaner car department. It needs more staff and training that staff to make the customer feel appreciated.
