Excellent Customer Service by Jaimee Jaimee Salyers is excellent! I was in the market for an X5 M or X6 M, both of which are rare. She spent a lot of time securing the right models for me to test drive and encouraged me to consider the adequately powerful, but less expensive 50i models, as well. Huge selection, good customer service We went to BMW of San Francisco due to the huge selection. The facility is very well maintained. Our salesman Glen did a great job. The negotiating process took a little longer than anticipated but we walked away extremely happy and with a great car. Thank you!
Great experience, great client advisor! I have just purchased a wonderful BMW X3 CPO, and I am really glad I bought it at BMW SF. I am not a car guy, that means I don't know the ins and outs of the different models and engines. Jaimee, the salesperson, was incredibly supportive throughout my multiple visits (yes, I went in a couple of times and never felt pressured to buy from them). She let me test and check a variety of floor models until we found the car that was perfect for me!
