Great service, extend warranty&tires - problematic The service is great, only problem is a long wait for appointment. I bought extended warranty and I wasn't told that some repairs are covered by a third party. This translates to a 3 days repairs of something that could take a day, since it requires an appraisal (similar process like insurance claims...). great service, as always took it in for check up. they ran all the maintenance, cleaned her up and re-attached a fender wrap which someone had kicked loose at no charge. thanks keep up the fab work!
Great service. Totally accommodating. Got in my car one morning and found I had a screw in a rear tire. Went to BMWSF without an appointment. When I arrived, found there were screws in both rear tires. Alex handled everything. Called me with the estimate sooner than I anticipated. And was there when I picked up my car to make sure everything was good. This all helped to make a bad situation a bit more tolerable.
mini service Brought my 2008 mini in for recall service. Andrew took great care of me, got me set up with the cutest loaner car ever, explained everything that needed to be fixed/repaired, and promised to stay in touch re: progress. He kept me updated, and thanks to him and the great service team my car was returned a full 24 hours earlier than expected. Another very satisfactory experience at Mini of San Francisco.

great place to buy a BMW I recently purchased a 2014 bmw x1 28i xdrive msport line. wow, thats a mouth full. Great car, and a great shopping experience at BMWSf. I used USAAs car buying service and also used them for the loan so I can't speak to those aspects, but it was a low pressure, very relaxed experience. I got a great test drive with Mico, the sales rep, showing me the ropes of the vehicle. All in all a great place to buy a new BMW.
