Bait, but not even a switch! The BMW 330ci I have been looking for appeared on my Cars.com email alert on a Sunday night at a very reasonable price. I emailed the dealership that evening, and received a response monday morning from Celeste. She told me the car was a recent trade in, and was in their service dept for inspection. Great service, but they don't take AMEX. John Majoubi helped find the best vehicle for my tight budget. I explained that I didn't want to travel to other dealerships to haggle. They wanted my business. They gave me virtually nothing for my 2001 X5 trade-in, and I could have passed on their offer, but time spent selling a 14 year old used car is time wasted. Good service on my 328i Quick service with updates on timing, though car ultimately had to stay overnight which wasn't ideal. A more streamlined process to pick up would be nice, I wasn't sure who to speak to, so had to squeeze myself into in between my rep's appointments to get the keys

Too bad i picked my car from here I and my wife, went to pick up a convertible under a recommendation from a friend who had leased one from here. The sales guys, said that the convertible will not be something he can work out on as the price was too high. We then asked us to think about a 328i sedan and we liked one, i believe this is when he went for the kill. No mention of the online deals, and no budging from the price. MISREPRESENTATION OF EXTENDED WARRENTY SCAM I purchased an extended warranty when I purchased my pre certified BMW in Feb of this year. I was given brochures explaining the different policies. There were three different options with one of them including the other two. This was presented as a 3 year /3600 mile warranty for $2500. I was told there would be a $200. deductible and it included maintenance. terrible service; uncaring; mean imagine going to get your car at 5 pm after dropping it off at 7am in the morning with just enough time to pick up your children and they "forgot" to tell you that the car is not ready! That is BMW of SF. Then they send me to the car rental place attached and the car has food grease on the seats and so many dents and scratches I am told to only mark on the form scratches that are three inches long or longer! Crazy.

Damaged my Vehicle!! Won't Call Back! In July, 2012, I purchased a 2012 BMW 335i from this location. Not even two months later, the vehicle was in a collision and requiring repair. I brought the vehicle to German Motors Collision (same ownership) and they repaired the vehicle and upon examining the vehicle, it was flawless. There were programming issues, however, and the vehicle needed to be sent to the BMW on Howard St for reprogramming. I dropped off the vehicle here and borrowed a loaner vehicle. Not so great on basic customer service skills Stopped in one day to look at the 3 series wagons they had at their lot. Talked with a salesperson who noted pricing on two vehicles. I followed up a day later with an inquiry on a 3rd vehicle I was interested in. This particular vehicle was a few thousand dollars less than the first two I looked at.
