Great service excellent customer service I checked the car online, then I received a email from one of the sales representatives, Mico Silver, we agreed with date in time to see the car.... I was waiting there, people was like in the super market buying BMW's like crazy. I thought mmm I am buying a used car nobody is going to care about me... Purchased used (2012) Fiat 500 Purchased a near new Fiat 500 from FeriDon and Frank Dizadji. Both FeriDon and Frank went out of their way to help with the process, including sending us pictures of the car before we made the two hour drive to the city. The purchasing process was fast and easy, including the document signing and loan process. I would highly recommend FeriDon and Frank to anyone looking for a new or used car. Great Service, Great Car!! Very Happy!! Just purchased my wife a X5 Sport Activity from the Exec return program. Could not have been happier with BMW of San Fran. I had several conversations with Amal previous to the 2 hour drive to the city to look at vehicle. Very upfront and honest all the time. We arrived at the dealership 5:15pm Friday evening. Friendly, courteous people. Pleasant experience. Friendly people, clean facility. Very buy lot with lots of inventory. My only complaint, I bought a 2008 Sebring. The car had been at the lot for 2 weeks, but had not been detailed yet. They rushed it through the detail process, but a 2 hour detail misses a lot.
Used car purchase very positive We purchased a 10-year-old Saab 9-3 from BMW of San Francisco. They were very courteous and professional. I'd check their stock again for a vehicle when I'm in the market. The car was in great shape and well prepared for sale. They provided the diagnostic and repair receipt which they conducted prior to putting the vehicle on line. Very transparent operation. Great value.

It's all good untill they hand over the key(s) Still waiting for second key fob and spare key from a used car sales purchase on 10/10/2014 . Was not told there was only 1 key fob until all paper work was done and "key" was handed to me to go home. Asked for 2nd pair of keys and was told to check 1-2 weeks later with Thomas. 2 weeks went by, not a word. I e-mail Thomas. No response. I call him 2 days later and he said he "checked" yesterday and couldn't find out anything about the key but he will keep me updated. It's been 2 ... read more
Poor service after purchase; Service dept. - Great After I drove the car off the lot, that was as far as the customer service from the salesperson went. Service guys were excellent though...very courteous and helpful. Salesperson didnt even answer emails or calls from me. I will not recommend this dealership to purchase a car (used or new) from. I do recommend the service and parts department.
