Having not purchased a new vehicle for quite a while I was slow and somewhat reluctant to begin the process. My service manager Mike made it super easy for me to test drive something I was curious about while my own vehicle had service. Our favorite Car Lady is Jenny McAdow! We have been going to Jenny for a few years now and always drive out of the dealership with a big smile on our faces. She doesn't pressure you and is very easy going. We definitely recommend Jenny if you are looking for a vehicle.

Kyle went the extra step. I told him the type of new car I was looking for, and at the approximate price point. I shared with him I was talking with a dealer in Milwaukee and Chicago to find a similar car. Kyle worked with BMW to locate a car recently manufactured on the way to the U.S. Kyle provided a dealership car to me for two weeks until the car was available. Excellent job providing high-end and professional service. His efforts were greatly appreciated!
