I've been a repeat customer of Zimbrick BMW for quite a few years. Throughout these years I've never gotten anything short of excellent service. Jenny made my car buying experience feel like a breeze! She was very accommodating and answered all my questions! She helped me find the car that was right for me and I would definitely recommend others to this dealership.
No matter what year your BMW is they will treat you equally as if you drove a 2017 BMW or a 2002 BMW and older (what I had). Very knowledgeable and will not turn you down for a test drive. Always making you feel wanted and comfortable even if you're just in for an oil change.
We were looking for a good used BMW Z4 with a manual transmission and had been searching for a while. There happen to be one at the dealership that Jenny was able to show us. Obviously Zimbrick BMW strives for excellence, and, although there may be no such thing as perfection, they sure do get close to it. At my recent visit I experienced excellence all along the way. I was checked in quickly and given a loaner car promptly. The work was done on time and with excellence. And when it came time to check out I realized it was all covered by my maintenance plan! Dealing with them is a wonderful experience.
I had scheduled an appointment to have my snow tires switched out and was planning on waiting at the dealership while the work was preformed. As I reached the waiting area my service advisor Mike Baumeister approached me and said my car was due for oil, new spark plugs etc. and they would do that service that day. He had a loaner car waiting for me ready for me to go about my day as my service was being completed. That to me is excellent service. Sean Weckerly did a great job of handling my European Delivery purchase. I had a lot of questions about the whole process and the few times Sean didn't know the answer for sure, he knew who to contact in Munich and always emailed me an answer the next day. At the time I was purchasing, there was both a new website to spec out the car; and it was a new model. In both cases he was adept at answering my questions and explaining the features.
