We wanted to purchase our first "Luxury Car" and not be overly emotional about it. Our sales person was very patient and helpful with our purchase. The dealership had a vehicle that matched our needs and we were able to agree on a fair price without having to feel as if we were asking for something unreasonable. All in all we a pleasant experience and are enjoying our vehicle.

I worked with Kyle over a couple of weeks to purchase my 2013 135 I convertible. During the experience, Kyle was professional and patient with me as we negotiated final terms. Sean was extremely professional and helpful while helping me select a used X3. He took the time to understand my needs before making a recommendation, and was able to thoroughly answer all questions I had about the vehicle. As a returning customer, the other staff members I worked with (Mike B, Griffin R, and Ken) made me feel comfortable and appreciated. Sean was very patient and kind while being bombarded with all my questions about a car I saw online. He made sure that all my questions were answered, quickly and efficiently. We exchanged emails for nearly a week before I came into the dealership. I didn't feel any pressure from him when I went to test drive and look over the car or while I was sitting at his desk speaking to him.
