The sales process went very smooth as the salesperson was very knowledgable about the vehicles. The business person as well as the salesperson were very low pressure which is important to me. The delivery was smooth as was the whole process.
We talked with Michael a few times about the 2017 BMW i3 before ordering one for lease. He walked us through the lease process which ended up being very painless. When the paperwork was done he gave us a quick overview of some of car's features without boring us to tears which has been the case with previous cars.
I was referred to Michael Christian by a friend and he made my experience in buying my first BMW very pleasant. He showed us many possibilities and we ended up with a very good choice.

I totally enjoyed my buying experience, especially once I got inside the vehicle. Drove like a dream and Jenny knew and explained all the features That hardtop convertible just awes everyone O show it to and I show everyone. One comment "I am not a BMW girl, but that is one nice looking car!" I always wanted a luxury vehicle and now I own one. Just a great experience.
