I recently moved to Madison and have bought over 10 BMWs most from the Springfield, IL dealership. When I was younger the 3 series, over the last 10 years the 5 series. Matt Hoffman is a complete scam as a service advisor st zimbrick bmw watch out do not deal with him. Had my steering rack replaced for 3000 dollars had issues next morning with feeling like there was no power steering for first few minutes told me it was a bad steering shaft joint. If it was a bad steering joint this would happen all the time which it did not. Update: Matt then proceeded to call me back about an houe or so later and said it did not need it. After being a loyal Lexus customer for 20 years, I purchased my first BMW from Zimbrick. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the vehicle at delivery. I expected a brand new $100K 7 series BMW to be spotless upon delivery. This wasn't the case. The floor mats were stained and the interior needed a good cleaning. As this car was a display model "on the floor" with considerable amount of people sitting in the vehicle, I understood how the vehicle interior was in need of cleaning. Had trouble getting scheduled for four new tires. Had a bulge in one and they wanted to wait a week to sell me four new tires. Kept trying to get scheduled sooner but constantly put on hold.. Meanwhile my wife went online and found same tires $500 LESS at a Goodyear store. BMW is ripping people off!! Check elsewhere, don't buy tires at Zimbrick BMW!!!!

Ask me why, not to buy from Zimbrick! Would you buy a vehicle from a company you could not trust? Before I purchased my vehicle, I asked several employees, had this vehicle been in an accident? I was assured that the vehicle I was about to purchase had never been in an accident. I was told the vehicle was in excellent condition and certified as in like new condition. I requested an online price quote for BMW X5 through KBB. it was directed to one of the sales person at zimbrik BMW. scheduled an appointment and a possible test drive. on the day of appointment this guy started cross questioning me as if i was there to waste his time any play with his BMW toys. he kept on asking me repeatedly why i wanted to buy this car. i gave him several hints to tell him humbly that if have the money why shouldn't i? but apparently he was stupid and could not take the hint. he brought his x5 to the serv... read more

I've found Zimbrick BMW service to be sub-par. This is especially troubling since BMW parts and repairs come at such a premium price.I have owned an 1995 325i now for almost a year and have dealt with Zimbrick BMW on three separate occasions. My first experience with Zimbrick BMW was nothing special.
