Jenny McAdow was very helpful and super friendly! She was very patient with us as we had tons of questions, etc. Not once we felt hurried, she continued to ask us if we have any more question! I strongly recommend you visit this BMW dealership and ask for Jenny McAdow to help you choose your BMW! She is the champ!

I traded in my 2012 BMW X3 for a new 2015 BMW X1. Jenny McAdow helped me with the transition, and she gave me excellent service. She took me on a test drive and explained the features and showed me how to use the navigation system, (Very cool). She helped me with the financing and spent several hours going over the paperwork with me. She was very friendly and treated me with respect. There was nothing to complain about. It all went smoothly and waiting in the lounge was pleasant. Since the service was covered, I did not rate it. It is always good not to pay. PS: To the Dealer Rater: If you send me junk mail, I will not do it again.

Fantastic and memorable experience! Taylor and Kevin handled the entire process with professionalism and responsiveness. I felt as if I was truly a valued customer and they went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. I am writing this note in hopes that it influences others to contact them and benefit from the service that Zimbrick BMW provides. This dealership should be considered the standard and I am glad to have one I can trust the next time I am in the market.

I found the staff of Zimbrick BMW (specifically Kevin Richter and Jenny McAdow) to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin and Jenny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and showing me the details of the model I was interested in (and ended up purchasing). Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Zimbrick BMW to others.

No one likes it when something goes wrong with there car, especially when you can't tell how fast you are going! I called Zimbrick and Brian told me to come in right away, he gave me a loaner car and fixed my car with in a couple days. Thank you to Brian and the rest of his team for making a potentialy bad experience into a great one!!

Had been looking for a VERY specific CPO 09 335 with x drive for 2 months. Frustrated, I started my search outside of Illinois I Quickly found out there was only 8 in the US and started calling on them. Mike Dennis is the man! He is a true professional, and a very caring salesperson interested in making his buyer comfortable, and knowledgable on how the transaction will work. I purchased a 2011 Mustang GT off of their used lot sight unseen. I live in NY, and obviously Zimbrick is in WI. Mike was extremely patient with me. Worlds of a difference between Zimbrick BMW and many other dealerships around Madison! Zimbrick BMW made the car buying process smooth and painless. I actually chose to buy the vehicle I did from Zimbrick as opposed to the same vehicle at other dealerships because of the quality experience I received from Zimbrick BMW staff.
