Helped my family find the right car for us. Personally inspected the car and saw it needed new tires. Had new ones put on for free! Really appreciated that Sean took the extra step to do the right thing and take care of our family.

i have known mike a long time, he is very honest and trustworthy. i have sent friends to deal with him and they felt the same. always fun to buy a car from him. never lets you down. zimbrick is lucky to have him.

I have been a customer of Zimbrick BMW since 1999 when I picked up my first CPO. I had an excellent experience at that time and I am still having my cars serviced at BMW . The service department had always taken good care of me and my cars throughout the years. The service managers were always friendly, approachable and helpful. I really enjoyed working with the sales team and Kyle at Zimbrick BMW. I was and out of town buyer but that didn't matter. We made the deal over the phone, signed a few documents the next day. I flew up the following week where Kyle personally picked me up from the airport and brought me to the dealership; where my car was waiting in the showroom. I planned to only come in to look at a few cars before continuing on to several other dealerships prior to making a final decision. Jenny was fully supportive of my plan and worked with me extensively and patiently while I looked at several different vehicles. Long story short is I never made it to any other dealers. Sean Weckerly went above and beyond to the expietence easy, carefree and special. My dream was to one day drive a BMW and my husband had bought three vechiles from Sean. The salesmen were very curtious. They were honest and upfront about the car we purchased. They didn't try to swindle us into a purchase that we weren't able to afford like other dealerships. We got chocolates after our purchase and get Christmas/birthday cards as well. Would highly recommend this dealership to all our friends and family.

My experiences with Zimbrick BMW of Madison have been very positive. Kyle Cottier, sales rep, definitely went the "extra mile" for Zimbrick and for me!
