I first met Sean when I was looking for a good used 328xi in 2013. He showed me what was available and was never pushy. I ended up purchasing a used 328xi at another dealer but brought it into Zimbrick for a checkup and services. Every time I was at the dealer I ended up having great discussions with Sean and when it was time to get my wife a new vehicle Sean was my go to person. Not only were the drive belts replaced quickly, the car was washed, interior vacuumed, and the mats were never cleaner. They even applied tire black! Excellent job!

I had a terrific buying experience with Kyle and his sales manager Griffin. Kyle made the experience easy and went the extra mile to make sure I found the car I wanted. Including answering questions and concerns on his day off! I appreciated the hardworking effort and in the end why I bought my car from Zimbrick. They made it easy to win my business.

I have had nothing but the most amazing service experiences with Zimbrick BMW, despite not having purchased my vehicle here. I barely know where to begin! Brought my vehicle in for its very first service at noon on a weekday. Brian took the time to sit down and get me set up in the system and offered me a loaner car to get back to work, even though the service was only going to take an hour or so. Impressed already. It was a pure pleasure working with Mike Christian in June of 2016 when buying my X1. He was sincere, knowledgeable and really felt he had my best interests at heart.
