Buying experience My salesman Milan was absolutely astounding. He made my experience such a pleasure, to the point that I had happy tears. He is knowledgeable and skilled with the vehicle. He went above and beyond by picking up the vehicle at another dealership to appease me. The finance manager Alberto was such a gentleman. He explained in detail all the questions I had and made the process very simple. I would recommend them both and the dealership to all my family and friends.

Customer focused sales and service We purchased our car from BMW of Fort Myers and have always received courteous and professional service from them. We recently had a recurring and difficult to diagnose electronic issue and BMW of Fort Myers kept the car over the weekend to duplicate the problem, kept us apprised of progress throughout and finally resolved the problem. We were provided a loaner while the car was in the shop. Excellent service.
