Amazingly fast service andsanitized offer for free I got into a pot hole and blew my 21 inch tire on my 7 series. I was met and welcomed by an amazingly knowledgeable service advisor of BMW if Fort Myers. My tire was replaced in one hour. Car was Fully Sanitized for free. I was offered few loaner cars as an alternative of waiting. Really great service experience and Great facilities with full Customer comfort on the first place.

BMW tire alignment The personnel was professional at all times. The job was performed perfectly. The price was good and fair for the service. Waited time was appropriate. They even washed and check all liquids.
My experience Sales person Chris and financer went above and beyond to work with me. Respectful and patient while all my questions were answered. Went out of their way when they didn?t have to. I was treated like family. Easy to talk to and not pushy. Car was nicely detailed. Even dismantled the console of my trade in and retrieved two earrings that fell through the cracks. My new used car is phenomenal!
