Emergency service We were returning from a vacation when our BMW X1 stopped working in the middle of a busy road. We had our car towed to the Ft Myers BMW dealership that was closed. The car was left at the overnight drop and the dealership identified and fixed the problem within a few hours. We were very pleased and happy to have the car serviced quickly and efficiently. The repair was covered under the warranty. Thanks for the great service!!

Great service! This was my first time buying a car over the phone. Communication with the sale representative was great! Process, including transport, was easy. Bought the car on Tuesday from BMW fort Myers and car was in my driveway PA the following Monday

New 430I Leasing our new BMW was a challenge with the German factory shutdowns. But it was worth the wait. No one could have foreseen or control the issues affecting all of us. Our salesman, Carl Antoine was fantastic. Kept in touch through the whole process and was a joy to work with. Very professional. We also utilized the "BMW Genius".
