Flat Tire Last week Thursday I had a flat tire on our 2013 BWM 128i and while it had run flats I had the vehicle towed to Ft. Myers BMW. During the meeting with the service advisor I was told that it's recommended to change tires every 5-6 years, regardless of wear. We also heard this from other so we opted to replace the entire set with new. Overall the service was very good but somewhat slow as we received the car back on Monday evening. Kudos to the dealer for price matching Costco...nice surprise and savings!

Review John Findley and Alberto Ramos were magnificent. I typically dread going to car dealerships, this is the first time where there was no back and forth, no unnecessary banter, the entire process from choosing, test driving and ultimately buying my car took less than 3 hours (and that was simply because they wanted to detail the vehicle). Awesome experience and one I'll be sure to remember in the future.

Great Service Went in for maintenance and service department found other critical items that needed repair. Thankfully, I still had warranty or else I would have been out of another $1K. All items were taken care of immediately.
2020 BMW Z4 This is my 3rd Z4. A true sports car! I sat in my 2020 Z4 for the first time and the rush of my 2009 Z4 went through my body. I loved it at that moment. The body of the 2020 was wider, but it still gave me that cockpit feeling. I have been waiting for this car since the day it was announced it was coming back. The heads up display was a great addition. It tells you right away when you see your speed in red! I love all the improvements BMW made! I love my car! Thank you BMW!

Straight Forward Experience Real straight forward buying experience. Saw the car online, got the offer sheet emailed to me, discussed the line items, showed up with a check for the vehicle and was in/out in an hour. Everyone was very courteous and other than the standard "here buy some warranties you should never buy" shtick that every dealer does, there wasn't anything under handed. All in all a good car buying experience.
