Jerry Blomgren is the best! My fiancee and I were searching for a certified X3. We didn't intend to include the diesel model in our search, but Jerry explained the benefits and my fiancee ultimately decided thats the route she wanted to go. Jerry was very knowledgable, didn't pressure us whatsoever and worked with us to get a great deal on a great car. If only every car shopping experience was this easy.
Excellent service experience with Peter Rennert Im interested in an used one and online contacted with the dealer. Drove over an hour to the dealer. Peter waited at the front door greeting us. He efficiently guided us for an test drive and explained all the details of the features in the car on the way. Best Car Buying Experience Ever Best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Bruce Marks, our saleman, was incredibly helpful in finding us the car we were looking for. The entire buying experience was no hassle and very easy. All the staff we dealt with were kind and courteous. They answered all of our questions and took their time with us. So glad we chose BMW of San Rafael for our new car purchase.
It doesn't get any easier than this Not only did I not expect to find the used car I was looking for, I never expected the buying process to be so easy. Bruce Disbury, our salesperson, was absolutely no pressure... just happy to answer questions and be of whatever help he could. We found the exact car we wanted for a great price. Lease return and got a new car. We had a great experience with Bruce Marks at BMW of San Rafael. We had a a super easy time returning our lease and got a great new car. The staff we're fantastic and the whole process took less than three hours including lease return and new purchase. Can not recommend this place more highly.
