Michael Sales person made no attempts to put a deal together for me and would only communicate through email with one or two word answers. Would not call to talk to me direct. I will never buy a car or recommend them to my friends. Very disappointed.

I leased a good looking X1 Came to see a x1, now I'm driving with a x1 Luis chinchilla was a super star he did not pressure me at all.
Great Recall Service I drove an hour and a half to get to BMW of San Rafael to replace a recalled airbag. (I skipped a dealership that was much closer because of my prior experience with this dealership). They had my airbag replaced and I was back on the road in about an hour. It doesn't get much better than this.
The worst Sales experience ever!!! The sales person didn't care to sell the car and was not truthfull!!!
Purchased Used 2010 BMW No High Pressure. Large selection. Addressed my concerns without bickering - paint touch up, etc.
