Shopping for a certified pre-owned BMW My old BMW had a major safety issue... the bracket holding up my gas pedal broke. I was speeding at 5,000 RPMs and couldn't stop my car. New 2017 M3 in for break-in service Great service from Tom and team. New M3 was in for the 1200 mile break-in service. Then went above and beyond chasing down a door seal squeak and a rattle which is completely rectified. Also appreciate the proactive work on doing the recall for the rear brake shields. Thank you!
jim leavitt I had been to a number of dealerships in San Rafael looing at station wagons. I visited Sonnen BMW and talked with Jim who took down my information and said that he would find me one. Great Service Luis Chinchilla was great when we were looking for a car. He was helpful with questions, patient when we didn't like a car. He just overall seemed interested in helping us search for the right vehicle than to profit from us. My fiancé and I ended up leasing an X1 and we're happy with our vehicle.
Perfect car for the right price! I have been shopping for the right car for awhile and always found the sales people rude or not interested. Today I walked into BMW and was treated like a queen by Louis Chinchilla. He found me the perfect car in my price range. He really listened to what I wanted and knew exactly the car I needed.
