328i Service Lisa and the whole Customer Service group are outstanding. Very accommodating, thorough and helpful. Picked up after service to find they also washed and cleaned the interior as well. Excellent dealership overall, alway have exceeded expectations.

Always the best We dropped off our BMWs for regular scheduled services and everyone is so nice. They even let us use a courtesy vehicle while the cars were being worked on. When the cars are done, they always do such a great job at cleaning them. They are spotless inside and out. I think I would continue to own a BMW and go to BMW North just for the service and employees. Always a pleasant experience.

Friendly and Helpful Adam and others were responsive to my concerns and always friendly. They also made it easy to get in and out, which is helpful when we are all so busy. However, I am now having the same problem I had had fixed 2 visits ago, so I hope they’ll make it easy to repair again, hopefully once and for all! Thank you!
