BMW North Milwaukee is the best! Best BMW dealer in Milwaukee! This is the second car we purchased here and I would highly recommend them. Staff is great, and they were able to find us the car we wanted.

No cold air My second experience with their service department as good as the first time. My A/C went out while it was at the collision center for a unrelated issue. My warranty just had expired while it was at their center. The service center honored the warranty due to it being with them. I worked with Service Advisor Lisa Gittings which helped me with the repairs and getting a courtesy vehicle in the meantime. The dealership goes above and beyond to assist their customers. Normal service visit Overall the visit was great. However it did not start that way. For starters the service representatives were a little disconnected as I pulled up to the wrong door. They either did not see me or plainly decided to ignore that I was there. Once I figured it out where I had to go, they took care of me immediately.
