Twisted Seatbelt Upon my arrival, I was kindly greeted by a woman who pulled up my case and quick sat me down with the service coordinator. From there I waited for a short time in the lounge while the service techs opened the interior of the door in order to untwist my seatbelt. Every part of my experience was friendly and service was great. And they performed their services seamlessly all while the dealership is under renovation, shifting private offices into open work spaces. I was very impressed!

Routine Recalls From the moment I walked in, everyone was accommodating and helpful. Got a good morning from everyone and everyone made sure I was helped. My repairs were done in a few hours and I used a loaner for the day. The entire process from start to finish was perfect. I live in Waukesha and chose to commute to the North side over West Allis because the interactions were 100x better.

Great Service! I found the exact car I wanted at BMW of North Milwaukee but given I live out of state I had to coordinate with them on a lot of factors. I worked primarily with Jim on all the purchase details, he answered all of my questions and was easy to reach. The only issue was a temporarily malfunctioning internet when completing the paperwork, but I still highly recommend this dealership!

Unsatisfying Service I trust BMW of Milwaukee North for all of my service repairs, but they always seem to do the bare minimum. I appreciate the communication and professionalism, they text you when the issues are determined and price it for you, which is extremely convenient for me. But when I’m coming in and spending almost $2,000 each time, I am shocked every time to find my car dirty. With the amount of money I spend (highly overpriced), I would think they would at least maybe do a vacuum sweep around my vehicle, but no.... read more

Outstanding service Something punctured my tire on a Sunday night. I was able to use a drop box, leave a note, I was updated by the team by 8am and the tire was replaced quickly and at the same price as a local GoodYear dealer. Very impressed.
