Really Great Experience...So Far My wife and I had been looking for a used Honda Pilot for about a year. So already you know we are not this BMW dealers normal clientele. They treated us really well. The fair pricing was...as they say...fair. Competence and clear communication 5 minutes on the phone to explain their findings really impressed me with their competence. It's reassuring to know the sensors on your car actually work and help resolve a minor issue accurately. Not everyone has the time for phone calls and or emails. I appreciate the intelligent use of text message and a simple phone call to keep me in the loop. Definitely would come back for regular service.
