Amazing! This was my first time at this dealership, I purchased my 2014 F30 private party in June. I dropped it off Thursday evening for a recall to be performed on Friday. They accommodated me with a loaner vehicle very similar to mine! Every face I saw was a smiling one. My Service Consultant, Rob Williams, was outstanding! He was extrmely polite and very knowledageable. He made me feel as if we were long time friends and I was a guest in his home.
